{"id":435,"date":"2015-04-21T11:55:00","date_gmt":"2015-04-21T11:55:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ahay.org\/blog\/?p=435"},"modified":"2015-09-10T20:19:12","modified_gmt":"2015-09-10T20:19:12","slug":"program-of-the-month-sfslant","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ahay.org\/blog\/2015\/04\/21\/program-of-the-month-sfslant\/","title":{"rendered":"Program of the month: sfslant"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"\/RSF\/sfslant.html\">sfslant<\/a> is a T-X implementation of slant stack, also known as Radon transform or tau-p transform. <\/p>\n<p>The two middle panels in the example below from <a href=\"\/RSF\/book\/cwp\/geo2006TimeShiftImagingCondition\/zicig.html\">cwp\/geo2006TimeShiftImagingCondition\/zicig<\/a> show a time-shift common-image gather and its transformation by slant stack. <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/RSF\/book\/cwp\/geo2006TimeShiftImagingCondition\/zicig\/Fig\/SRt0-7.png\" alt=\"\" title=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>sfslant<\/strong> is a linear operator and has an adjoint flag <strong>adj=<\/strong>: When <strong>adj=n<\/strong>, the transformation is from tau-p to t-x. When <strong>adj=y<\/strong>, the transformation is from t-x to tau-p. The sampling on the transformed coordinate is controlled in the two cases by <strong>nx=<\/strong>, <strong>dx=<\/strong>, <strong>x0=<\/strong> or, respectively <strong>np=<\/strong>, <strong>dp=<\/strong>, <strong>p0=<\/strong>. Antialiasing is enabled by default with <strong>anti=1<\/strong> parameter. The central slope for antialiasing is given by <strong>p1=<\/strong>. A space integration is <strong>sfslant<\/strong> generally requires a corrective &#8220;rho filter&#8221; (<a href=\"\/blog\/2012\/12\/23\/program-of-the-month-sfhalfint\/\">half-order differentiation<\/a>).
