Attendees at a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.stanford.edu\/~vcs\/Conferences\/RoundtableNov212009\/\">roundtable at Yale Law School<\/a> formulated a set of steps that scientists, funding agencies, and journals might take to improve the situation.
